About the event

The Vietnam Trail Marathon is the third signature race in the Vietnam Trail Series by Topas, also behind the renowned Vietnam Mountain and Jungle Marathons. Held in Moc Chau during peak peach blossom season, this race offers a rare blend of runnable trail and untouched nature. Runners traverse a variety of stunning landscapes—flower fields, tea plantations, and remote ethnic villages only reachable on foot—sharing the route with local wildlife and traditional farming life.

Credit : Hieu Dang Nguyen Marathon Markus Gnirck claimed victory with a time of 04:27:28. Coming in second was Aleksandr Firsov (04:49:48). Rounding out the top three was Liam Shay Fitzpatrick with a time of 05:03:09. For the women, it was Vanja Cnops who took the top spot in 04:56:37 . Joane Etienne earned runner-up honours with a time of 05:15:06.
