Mendoza Marathon

The Maratón Internacional de Mendoza (MIM) celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2025, marking a milestone for one of South America’s most iconic and scenic marathons. With certified distances of 42K, 21K, 10K, and 4K, the event welcomes runners of all levels to a point-to-point course that’s as demanding as it is breathtaking. The marathon starts at the Puente Colgante de Cacheuta and descends gradually toward the majestic Portones del Parque General San Martín, traversing a landscape of Andean peaks, the Mendoza River, and world-renowned vineyards. Shaded stretches, mountain backdrops, and panoramic views make this route a favorite for both elite and recreational athletes. Organized by Fundación Filipides, the MIM has built a reputation for great race organization.
