Marathon results Miroslav Nikolic (1:13:40) outpaced nearly 1,000 runners to win the Mali Kraski Maraton Sezana, Slovenia. While the event started and finished at the Sezana Sports Park in Slovenia, a good portion of the race took part in Italy. Ales Zontar (1:15:06) came in less than a minute ahead of Ozbej Mulec (1:15:44) to earn runner-up honors for the second time in three years. Zontar took third a year ago. Sixth in 2013.
