Longmont Half & 5k

The Longmont Half & 5K—Longmont’s only half marathon—offers a welcoming, small-town vibe. Starting from the Longmont Rec Center, both the 13.1-mile and 5K courses are well-marked and walker-friendly, perfect for all paces and experience levels. Racers receive a custom finisher medal and a race hoody. As part of the Hometown Race Series, this event emphasizes community support, with donations collected for the OUR Center and a shoe drive benefiting Growing Home. Whether you're racing the half or enjoying a relaxed 5K, the LM Half blends hometown warmth with quality race execution.
