Irish Life Dublin Marathon

The Irish Life Dublin Marathon is Ireland’s premier road race, held each October on the streets of the capital. Iit’s one of Europe’s top city marathons and a cornerstone of Ireland’s running calendar since 1980. The 42.2 km course begins at Fitzwilliam Square and winds through the heart of Dublin, including the historic Phoenix Park and a mix of urban and residential neighborhoods, before finishing at Merrion Square.
