Greater Des Moines Women's Half Marathon & 5K

The Des Moines Women’s Half Marathon & 5K is a vibrant celebration of female strength, purpose, and community. This two-day event offers a variety of race options, including a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and a 3-person team relay—each designed to showcase the beauty of Des Moines while empowering women at every pace.
