Credit : Wolfgang Berger Dresden Marathon Joseph Kyengo Munywoki grinded past more than 1198 runners to win in 02:10:21. He finished 11 seconds ahead of Vincent Kipchumba. The third place went to Philip Kiptoo Rutto with a time of 02:29:58 In the ladies race, Gladys Kiprotich claimed victory with a time of 02:40:23 . She finished 15 minutes 37 seconds ahead of Maria Magdalena Veliscu. The third place went to Katja Borggrefe with a time of 02:57:20 Top 5 Men Top 5 Women Complete results Dresden Halbmarathon Lawrence Kiprono Rotich grinded past more than 2922 runners to win in 01:05:44. He finished one second ahead of Hosea Tuei. The third place went to Edwin Kiplagat Kitum with a time of 01:06:00 For the women, Brendah Kebeya finished first in 01:16:16 , followed by Gesa Bohn who finished with a time of 01:16:32. Selly Jepkemoi Korir got the third place in 01:16:47. Top 5 Men Top 5 Women Complete results Dresden 10 km Sebastian Hendel grinded past more than 2072 runners to win in 00:30:38.
