About the event
The Adani Ahmedabad Marathon has rapidly grown into one of India’s most respected endurance events, with over 22,500 runners taking part in its latest edition along the scenic Sabarmati Riverfront. Now AIMS-certified, it offers a flat, fast route across four race categories: full marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K. What sets this marathon apart is its unwavering focus on national service. The event honors India’s Armed Forces, with over 2,000 defense personnel participating each year. Partnering with United Way India, a significant share of proceeds supports soldier welfare programs. The race is known for combining athletic precision with civic pride, drawing athletes, servicemen, and recreational runners alike.
