Wild Fish Swim Festival

This annual community open water swimming event attracts around 200 participants and takes place in a calm, protected cove. The water temperature averages 66°F. It features robust safety support with volunteers in kayaks and on paddleboards. Participants receive latex swim caps and guaranteed t-shirts if pre-registered. Awards are given to the top three male and female swimmers in both wetsuit and non-wetsuit categories. After the race, packaged snacks and beverages are available. There is limited street parking, with additional parking at a nearby school. The event abides by strict water temperature guidelines to ensure swimmer safety.
