Waterfront Wellness 5K Run + Walk

Waterfront Wellness hosts an annual event featuring a 5k run and walk, aimed at raising funds for PALS. Participants receive a race day shirt, goody bag, and entry into a prize draw. Prizes are awarded to top male and female runners and walkers, with additional prizes available through donations. Season 24 participants of Beat the Couch will also attend, with special features like a couch-on-wheels. Parking is limited to specific areas, and facilities including toilets and water stops are available. Registrations require international-capable credit cards, and safety regulations are in place for participants with strollers.
