Wanda Casey Mother's Day 5K

The event features a scenic run/walk at Lakeview Park, including a 5K and a free children's dash. Participants receive race T-shirts, and awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and age group winners. Prizes include gift cards and sweet treats from a local sponsor. Mothers receive post-race gifts and enjoy food and fellowship. Proceeds benefit the local Food Pantry at the Capital City Activity Center. Door prizes include BBQ sauce and sporting goods coupons.
