Walk Us Home 5k for Foster Homes - NV

The Nevada Division of Child & Family Services, in collaboration with Carson City CASA and the Rennervation Foundation, is hosting the Walk Us Home event to support foster homes. The event aims to raise awareness about the scarcity of foster homes in rural Nevada, where 60 homes serve 400 youth in foster care. Proceeds will fund Camp Rennervation for Nevada foster youth. The event includes run and walk categories for various age groups, a Family Block Party, and a Resource Fair. Participants are encouraged to wear blue to support child abuse prevention, with prizes awarded to top finishers.
