Unified 5K - Salt Lake City

The Unified 5k and AdaptXpo is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo promoting community, connection, and competition for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. The event includes a variety of activities such as running, walking, or rowing, and features vendors and clinics focusing on health, inclusion, and adaptive sports. Organized by AdaptX, the event supports initiatives that address barriers to health and fitness through education, research, and advocacy. The AdaptX Scholarship and Ambassador Fund specifically aims to overcome socioeconomic barriers to ensure fitness accessibility for all individuals.
