Women's Race Stockholm

Tjejmilen is Sweden’s largest women-only running event, held annually on a 10 km course through Djurgården and central Stockholm. Organized by Hässelby SK and Spårvägens FK since 1984, it consistently attracts thousands of runners. The course features a well-balanced mix of open parkland, shaded forest paths, and stretches along the city’s waterfront. The atmosphere is energetic but relaxed, with spectators lining key sections of the route. While many participants aim for fast times, others join for the structure and motivation that a timed event provides. A 6 km option is available by starting in a designated group and taking a marked shortcut—ideal for those looking for a more manageable distance without missing the race experience.
