The Empty Stroller 5K

The Empty Stroller Run & Walk is an endurance event created to support families experiencing the loss of a baby during pregnancy, infancy, or early childhood. Participants can join either in-person at designated locations or virtually from anywhere. The event aims to honor babies and raise awareness of pregnancy and infant loss. While many choose to run or walk with empty strollers, it is not mandatory. Registration is required, with free participation for children aged 11 and under. All proceeds from registration fees, merchandise sales, and donations directly assist families in need.
