Swimrun Tenerife

Swimrun Canarias returns to the golden shores of Playa de las Teresitas, offering a dynamic and scenic race that has earned its place as a staple on the Canarian Triathlon Federation calendar. This swimrun event features a relay-style format for teams of two (Interclub Teams), alternating swimming and running through an epic 2,800 metres of open water swimming and 10.7 km of multi-surface running. Expect a varied course with saltwater swims and mixed-terrain runs, ranging from paved paths to volcanic rock trails, providing both physical and technical challenges. With water temperatures ranging between 18–21°C, wetsuits are advisable, and the island’s ocean breeze adds another layer of intensity and thrill.
