The Super Sam's 5K & Dino Dash is an annual event held at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas, TX to honor Sam Pampel. Participants can choose to take part in person or virtually. The event features a Dino Dash followed by Super Sam's 5K, with participation medals awarded to all Dino Dashers. After the races, there is a celebration with live music, games, food, and drinks. Medals are awarded to top overall and age division finishers, as well as the top virtual participants in the 5K race.
