Super Mom 5 K And Fun Run

The Super Mom Run is an inclusive event at Heckscher State Park celebrating mothers and women of all ages and abilities. Participants can run, walk, or jog with strollers welcome. Awards are given to top finishers in various age groups. The event also includes a Fun Run for children. Registration includes a T-shirt if completed early. The event supports the Strong Island Running Club's charitable efforts, with fundraising for Team Red White and Blue, aiding wounded veterans, and The Nest Egg, which assists local mothers. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for Island Harvest.
