Start It, Stanly! Hike It!

Atrium Health Stanly has teamed up with Morrow Mountain State Park for the HIKE IT! event, part of the Start It, Stanly! Health and Wellness Series. Participants are encouraged to enjoy a technology-free outdoor hiking experience, either alone or with others. The sessions are free, and proper trail attire, particularly closed-toe shoes, is required. In case of bad weather, participants will be notified of cancellations. The event takes place at various locations within Morrow Mountain State Park, with parking availability subject to the chosen trail.
