Athletes, prepare for an invigorating challenge starting from our base at Llanbedr Hall. The 12k route kicks off through Llanbedr village, offering a dynamic blend of terrains. After passing the village church, tackle the exciting trails that climb Henbant. Reaching the summit of Crugmawr, enjoy swift trails before powering through the stunning Vale of Grwyney. A brief lane section preps you for the ascent towards Table Mountain, culminating in a rapid, steep descent to the finish line. Expect a total ascent of 2220ft. For those seeking a longer adventure, the 10-mile and Half Marathon routes provide an extended exploration. Beyond Crugmawr, glide down Partrishow valley, with the Half Marathon incorporating portions of the Beacons Way and a thrilling journey through the Mynydd Du Forest. Experience technical terrain paired with breathtaking views of the Black Mountains, and a fast-paced descent through Grwyney Vale Valley. Total ascent for the half marathon is 3935ft.

The 10-mile route offers a unique path, veering off at Crugmawr to traverse a picturesque hill and forest section before rejoining the Half Marathon route.
