Sebago Lake Triathlon

The Sebago Lake Triathlon takes place at St. Joseph’s College and features both Sprint and Olympic races. Participants swim in Sebago Lake, bike on nearby country roads, and run on campus trails. The event includes professional chip timing and awards for top finishers across various categories. Relay teams participate by exchanging timing chips at designated spots. The triathlon is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, requiring non-members to purchase a one-day membership.
