Sea Rim Striders FREE Fall 5K/Kids K

The Free Fall 5K/Kids K is a public, no-cost run/walk event held at Tyrrell Park. Participants of all ages must sign a waiver during pre-registration, and spectators are exempt. While there are no event shirts, timing chips, or finisher medals, participants will receive a wristband. The course remains open to external traffic, requiring caution and attentiveness. Proper footwear and sun protection are advised. There are water stops on the course, but pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Safety precautions include EMT presence, and strollers require an additional waiver for liability reasons.
