Save the Chimps Chimpathon 5K/10K

The Chimpathon event takes place at the Save the Chimps Sanctuary, offering both runners and walkers a chance to experience a unique route around the sanctuary, home to over 220 rescued chimpanzees. This endurance event provides a flat and fast course, with chip timing, where participants receive a finisher medal and performance shirt. Awards are given to top finishers. It is advised to arrive early due to potential traffic and parking arrangements. Packet pickup is available ahead of the event and on the race day near the starting line. Animals are not permitted to ensure the wellbeing of the chimps.
