Run for Donuts 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS

The Donut Run is a community-focused running event where participants of all ages and paces can run or walk a scenic course and enjoy donuts at the finish line. The event offers both in-person and virtual options, with support from coordinators in a relaxed setting. Participants receive a running shirt, finisher’s medal, towel or giveaway, digital training pack, and access to local run clubs. Timing is optional and stress-free. Swag is shipped directly to participants, and virtual runners can complete the event at their convenience. The event also supports charity initiatives through post-race mile tracking.
