Rumpshaker 5K

The Rumpshaker 5K is an event dedicated to promoting colorectal cancer awareness and supporting those affected by the disease. Participants can choose between an in-person or virtual race format. In-person runners will experience chip timing and team discounts are available for both race options. Virtual participants can complete their race at their convenience. Registration includes a T-shirt, with options for team discounts and fundraising opportunities. Awards are given for top race finishers, as well as for team participation and fundraising efforts. Parking and safety measures for strollers are outlined, and proceeds benefit Rumpshaker, Inc.
