Regional Rehab 5K and Walk

Frog Island Flyer Racing and The Mall at Barnes Crossing host the Regional Rehab 5k and Fun Walk, featuring an in-person 5k race, a wheelchair event, and a walker category. A virtual 5k option is also available. Participants can compete for awards and a cash prize for first place in the in-person race. The event is supportive of the non-profit Regional Rehab Center, which provides free outpatient therapy services in North Mississippi. This center offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies without charging clients or insurance, relying on community support to aid those with genetic or developmental conditions.
