The Port Douglas Gran Fondo Festival offers a one-of-a-kind cycling experience in one of Australia’s most scenic coastal regions—Tropical North Queensland. Held over a weekend, the festival features four non-competitive rides: the 136km Gran Fondo, 100km, 60km Semi Fondo, and 48km Medio Fondo. Riders of all abilities are invited to enjoy the spectacular Great Barrier Reef Drive, with full road closures ensuring a safe and immersive journey through this tropical paradise. Surrounded by the Coral Sea, swaying palm trees, and rainforest-covered mountains, cyclists are free to soak up the landscape at their own pace.
