Kick off your season at the Nike Spring Run! Tackle your chosen distance from 5K, 10K, or the ultimate challenge of the 21.1K half-marathon. Optimize your performance by running alongside our dedicated pacers, guiding you through the course at paces from 4:15 to 6:15 minutes per kilometer. Specific pace group details are available for review at the bottom of the page.

Compete for podium glory, with prizes awarded to the top three fastest men and women in each distance. As an added incentive, all participants are entered into a draw for two coveted starting numbers for the sold-out Copenhagen Marathon and two for the Copenhagen Half.
