McKirdy Micro Race Series

The McKirdy Micro Marathon series was established to help athletes achieve personal bests and qualify for significant marathons. Initially created to provide race opportunities after the COVID-19 pandemic, the series expanded to include elite competitors aiming for the USATF Olympic Trials Qualifying Standard or Olympic Standard. It successfully hosted a race where many athletes achieved personal records, with notable success in Olympic qualifications. The series aims to offer races for athletes of all abilities across various distances, maintaining its reputation for supportive and fast-paced events. The course is certified and takes place at Rockland Lake State Park.
