The Hot Springs Gravel Weekend is a two-day cycling event starting and ending in Marfa, Texas, featuring a challenging route through the Chinati Mountains and Pinto Canyon. Riders will experience the distinctive flora and fauna of the Chihuahuan Desert and explore the area's cultural history. The journey includes visiting the Chinati Hot Springs and the historic Ruidosa Church before climbing back to Marfa. Designed for experienced gravel cyclists, the event is limited to 25 participants and excludes e-bikes. It involves steep descents, rough washboards, and a mix of paved and gravel roads.
