LITE LOPE 5K Walk/Run

The Lite Lope 5K Walk/Run is an event organized by Kettering Health in collaboration with Molson Coors Beverage Company and the Great Miami Valley YMCA. All proceeds go to support LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, a program aimed at helping cancer survivors regain their physical, emotional, and spiritual strength. Participants receive a race shirt, and any remaining shirts will be available for purchase on race day. The event promotes healthy living and community support through a structured exercise initiative for cancer survivors and their families, conducted in a supportive group setting.
