Kalamazoo Klassic

The Kalamazoo Klassic is a community walk/run event benefiting local nonprofit MRC Industries and Kalamazoo Area Runners (KAR). The majority of proceeds support MRC's mission to empower individuals with disabilities through employment and community involvement. The remainder supports KAR in promoting a healthy lifestyle through running. The event features a 10k run and a 5k walk/run, with the 5k run being an RRCA State Championship event. Proceeds from the event enhance quality of life and support workforce development initiatives in the community.
