Jake Koenigsdorf Foundation Zombie Run 5k

The Zombie Run is an event benefiting the Jake Koenigsdorf Foundation, dedicated to reducing barriers to recovery for those affected by Substance Use Disorder. Participants can join the event in person at The Great South Bay Brewery in Bay Shore or virtually from any location. The event includes a main run and a Kid's run. The foundation focuses on bridging gaps in recovery by providing education, connection, and access to resources, supporting individuals without resources in their journey towards recovery. Funds raised assist in entry funding and transportation to recovery facilities with peer community models.
