Henry Ford Race to Health

The Annual Henry Ford Jackson Race to Health takes place at Cascade Park in Jackson and includes a 5K run, a 5K walk, and a Kids Fun Run. Participants receive t-shirts, and prizes are awarded to top finishers in various categories, including overall and age groups. Team participation is encouraged, with awards for the largest team. Packet pickup is available prior to the event, and race results are provided live and can be accessed afterward. The event is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
