Great New York State Marathon

The event celebrates New York with races around Onondaga Lake, offering participants a scenic tree-lined course. It features a 5k and 10k run on the first day, with a half and full marathon on the following day. Participants who complete a race on both days earn the Great New York Excelsior Challenge Medal, along with finisher medals for each race.
