Galena River Fall Half Marathon & 8k

The Galena River Fall Half Marathon and 8K offer runners a fast, flat course along the scenic Galena River Trail. All registered finishers receive medals and shirts. The event features an out-and-back race route with designated hydration stations. The course closes at 11:00 AM due to local festivities, requiring participants to complete their race within this timeframe. Age group categories range from 19 and under to 90 and up. Pre-race activities include packet pickup, and gear check is available. Note that no walkers are permitted in the half marathon due to the course time restrictions.
