The Family Service & Children’s Aid Annual 5K Run and Walk takes place at the Middle School at Parkside, utilizing the Falling Water Trail. The event awards top male and female finishers in different categories and age groups for both the run and walk portions. There are additional team/family division awards, and a special kids' fun run with medals. All proceeds support Family Service & Children’s Aid, aiding various programs since 1944. The event is chip-timed.
