Frick and Frack 5k

The Frick & Frack event is a non-timed run/walk and kid's dash organized to support individuals affected by breast cancer. The event was inspired by two sisters and a family member who are all breast cancer survivors. Proceeds benefit the Free Range Sisters Foundation, which provides assistance to local women, including medical support, transportation, comfort baskets, moral support, household care, and financial aid. The event emphasizes community support for those affected by cancer, with the guiding message: "Her fight is our fight."
