About the event
The Fishtail 100 Ultra-Marathon is an endurance event in Nepal’s Annapurna region, named after Machapuchare Peak (Fishtail). Designed for experienced ultra-runners, the race traverses rugged mountain terrain, high-altitude trails, and remote villages. Participants encounter steep ascents, technical descents, and variable weather conditions, with views of snow-capped peaks, forests, and rivers. The course presents significant physical challenges and tests runners’ endurance.
