Doom - Jasper, AR

Explore the rugged beauty of the Ozark Mountains at the Ozark Gravel Doom, a thrilling bikepacking adventure in Arkansas! Get ready for a challenging backcountry experience on forest service and county roads that will test your skills. Make sure you have a hardtail mountain bike with 2.2" tires or larger for the best ride. Resupply points are limited, adding an extra challenge to the event due to small towns and limited store hours. Choose from the Doom, Despair, or Dismay routes, with possible minor changes depending on water levels. The event starts and finishes at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, where you can park your vehicle and camp without a reservation. Cabins are also available for booking - be sure to mention you're part of the event to secure your spot.

Participants in the Doom and Despair routes must carry a tracking device and register via Trackleaders (additional cost applies). Riders will receive gremlin bells to attach to their bikes for added luck. The Dismay route was added to welcome more riders to the event, with tracking being optional.
