Denfit 1776

The DENFIT1776 annual run is an event held to honor the founders of the United States by celebrating endurance and perseverance. Participants choose between two options, running either a single lap or a challenge course, both requiring the display of an American flag. The event starts at Cape Vincent Recreation Park and follows a scenic route. Runners must provide their own flags and can enjoy light refreshments at the finish. All participants receive a t-shirt and medal. The event concludes with a '4th of July Bike Parade' featuring children riding through town with flags.
