Da Deer Run Run

The event at Timber Pointe Nature Center features a two-loop race course with sections from the Run the Wood Race. It benefits the Timber Pointe Nature Center, offering post-race food and beverages at Stern Lodge. Participants receive a sweatshirt for pre-registering and a Lake Run Club membership or renewal. The cross-country style course includes double track and gravel road sections, with potential wildlife sightings like deer and bald eagles. Weather conditions such as snow, rain, or mud are not deterrents, as the event will proceed regardless. The race is chip-timed, and results are posted on the event day.
