ColtStrong 5K/1M Fun Run

The ColtStrong Fun Run is an annual event held in Sylvania, OH, supporting families impacted by diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) through the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation. Originating in 2019 to honor Colt DelVerne, the run brings together participants both virtually and in-person. It aims to raise awareness and funds for pediatric brain cancer research. The event includes a Family Fun Zone with activities, while non-runners can cheer on participants. Collaborating with Emily’s Army, the event seeks to advance research and find a cure for DIPG, a leading cause of pediatric brain cancer deaths.
