CNY Gay 5k

Join the CNY Gay 5K, an inclusive and energizing event for all athletes in Central New York! Whether you're looking to sprint, jog, walk, or dance your way through the course, this event supports SAGE Upstate, a non-profit dedicated to serving older LGBTQ+ individuals. Choose to participate in person or virtually, and feel the camaraderie and spirit of the local community. Athletes have the opportunity to tackle the 5K with registration options starting at just $25 for early sign-ups, or $35 on the event day. Virtual participants can also compete, with the convenience of posting race times online. Be part of a team or race solo, and enjoy the thrill of contributing to a great cause while pushing your limits!
