Blue Point Smiles Turkey Trot

The Blue Point Turkey Trot, also known as the Smiles Turkey Trot, offers both in-person and virtual participation. The event features a non-competitive 5k fun run, a 1.5-mile walk, and a Kids' Fun Run. Proceeds benefit youth initiatives and non-profits on Long Island. The event occurs at Corey Beach Park in Blue Point, with participants receiving long sleeve technical shirts and children under 10 receiving turkey headbands. The top five male and female finishers in the 5k are awarded pumpkin pies. Participants are encouraged to consider parking and volunteer considerations during event attendance.
