Black Squirrel Scurry Triathlon

The Black Squirrel Scurry is a triathlon in Merrill, organized in collaboration with the City of Merrill Parks and Recreation Department and the Merrill Area Chamber of Commerce. The event includes a paddle on the Prairie River, a bike ride along the River Bend Trail and through Lincoln County, and a trail run within the Merrill Area Recreation Complex. Participants can park at the MARC and use a shuttle service to the starting area. The event supports Northwoods Veterans Post and Friends of the River Bend Trail, with safety measures in place for severe weather conditions.
