Bacon Around the Bend 5K

Participants are invited to the eighth annual Bacon Around the Bend 5k, a family-friendly fun run held by the Family Justice Center. The event features a scenic route through downtown and includes a unique bacon station halfway through. Finishers can enjoy bacon-themed snacks and festive drinks like the Bacon Bloody Mary at a post-race celebration. The event raises awareness and support for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Registration includes a race shirt and admission to the finish line party, with different fees based on age. Costumes are encouraged, and strollers are welcome.
