Back the Blue K-9 1 Mile run

The event includes a race/walk with categories for both individuals and participants with dogs, along with awards for top finishers in various groups, including a special award for the first First Responder to finish in uniform. The race starts in downtown Pickens and ends at The Open Door, with music provided by The Jaguar 4. Proceeds benefit the Pickens City K-9 unit. Cash awards are offered for the top three runners. Participants are guaranteed a finisher medal, and registrants before a specific date receive a tee shirt. Packet pickup details are provided for participants.
