Allerton Park Trail Run

Second Wind Running Club hosts the Allerton Park Trail Run, a challenging endurance event featuring diverse trail obstacles like hidden roots, ruts, and sharp turns. Proceeds from the race support trail maintenance and park enhancements, such as erosion control and new facilities. The event culminates in a meadow gathering with family and friends, offering age group awards and a costume contest. Volunteers are welcome, with various responsibilities available, and no dogs are permitted on the trail run or nature walk for safety reasons.
